Synergy Environmental awarded site environmental management project

Brian FitzPatrick, President, Synergy Environmental, Inc. has announced the award of a new 86 site retail petroleum service station portfolio for ongoing compliance and remediation. Synergy had performed environmental due diligence, insurance underwriting technical support, environmental due diligence, and fund availability determination on behalf of their client, beginning in spring of 2009.

As a critical next step in implementing a cost effective compliance system, Synergy will be implementing FUEL-VIEW, Synergy’s patented web based compliance system for underground storage tanks (UST).

Synergy’s expertise in managing working on behalf of buyers of real estate has enabled buyers and sellers of gasoline service station portfolios to complete dozens of transactions totaling over 500 individual sites.

Synergy Environmental announces Ozone Solutions program launch

Cherry Hill, NJ

Rick Shoyer, Director of Engineering, Synergy Environmental, Inc. announced that agreement has been reached with Ozone Solutions, Inc. of Sioux Center, IA to jointly market and distribute packaged ozone remediation services as part of Synergy’s expanded offering of remedial technologies.

Shoyer, who has been directing remediation projects for over 30 years, commented on the drivers behind the new venture,

“ We began to utilize ozone technologies in our groundwater remediation systems about 5 years ago, with varying results. Over time we learned that a key to successful implementation is the right balance in managing contact time and real time adjustment of the delivery system. Ozone Solutions has worked very closely with us in developing our proprietary real-time delivery system, which has helped our customers to greatly expedite their clean-ups and achieve regulatory closure with minimal expense and downtime.”

We have also found a number of other applications for our clients in disinfecting for the food industry, as well as water and wastewater treatment.
